A strong interest in CNC machine structures, hydraulic systems, or circuit diagrams. Any experience with CNC controllers (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, etc.) is a significant plus. Language & Communication Proficiency: Fluent in English with the ability to conduct technical/business discussions with international partners. Requirement: TOEIC 650+ or equivalent practical proficiency. Candidates without relevant English certification will be required to undergo an oral and written examination during the interview. Strong logical thinking with the ability to learn how to write professional English Service Reports. Experience: No prior experience required; however, a background in relevant engineering fields is advantageous. IV. Technical Training & System Building: Conduct technical training for overseas customers and distributors; establish and optimize local maintenance service systems. Remote Diagnostics & Support: Provide remote technical assistance from the Taiwan headquarters via digital communication tools to help international clients with initial fault identification and problem-solving. R&D Optimization Feedback: Consolidate field data and insights from overseas assignments to provide the R&D department with critical evidence for product optimization and design improvement. Domestic & In-house Support: Manage domestic after-sales service in Taiwan and provide technical support within the factory when no overseas travel is assigned. III. Essential Qualifications Technical Core Competencies: Strong background in precision mechanical maintenance and electrical control; familiar with CNC machine tool structures, NC rotary tables, hydraulic systems, and circuit diagram interpretation. Hands-on experience with parameter operation and fault diagnosis for at least one of the following controllers: Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens, or Heidenhain. Proficiency with precision measurement instruments; experience operating laser interferometers for accuracy compensation is highly preferred. Language & Communication Proficiency: Fluent in English with the ability to conduct technical discussions with international engineers. Requirement: TOEIC 650+ or equivalent practical proficiency.
