【工作目標】 作為研發部門的核心營運幕僚，本職位旨在透過「流程標準化」與「實驗室現場制度化」，打造高效、有序的研發環境。主導研發管理體系的建立與優化，將日常行政與技術文件納入規範，並落實實驗室/辦公室6S管理，從而釋放研發工程師的核心技術產能，成為推動研發團隊制度化發展的關鍵齒輪。 【職務內容】 1.負責建立、推動與維護規範化的研發管理體系，將日常運作流程化、制度化。 2.擔任研發部門與品保、製造、行政等單位的溝通橋樑，優化跨部門簽核與協作流程。 3.主導研發內部標準作業程序（SOP）與技術文件的架構規劃、撰寫、審查、修訂與發行。 4.負責研發文件與研發機密的版本控制、系統化歸檔與權限管理，確保技術資產完整留存。 5.協助研發專案時程的追蹤管理，負責會議召集、決議事項跟催與進度看板維護。 6.規劃並建立研發實驗室 6S（整理、整頓、清掃、清潔、素養、安全）現場管理規範。 7.負責實驗室日常環境維護、定期6S稽核、安全衛生管理，並針對缺失進行改善與跟催。 8.協助實驗室儀器設備管理維護紀錄登記、研發材料與耗材的請購及庫存控管。 【專長需求】 1.具備流程規劃與邏輯能力，文字組織能力，能將複雜的研發步驟轉化為清晰易懂的SOP。熟練操作流程圖繪製軟體。 2.現場組織與稽核力，熟悉6S或5S管理法，並具備實際推動、執行、稽核工廠現場或實驗室環境之經驗。 3.熟練使用微軟 Office 工具（Excel 樞紐/公式、Word 排版、PPT 簡報）；若具備 ERP、BPM（電子簽核）或專案管理工具操作經驗者大幅加分。
