此職務需求用於桃園機場第三航站土建工程 (Samsung C&T Corporation-榮工工程股份有限公司 JV) 1. Supports analysis of schedule, identifies and investigates project schedule variances. 時程進度分析，調查專案進度差異。 2. Collects and updates data and updates and produces scheduling reports. 收集數據，並持續更新進度報告。 3. Assists in the development and maintenance of WBS and support activities to implement applicable coding. 協助WBS之開發及維護。

Preparing design report & sketches for approval of consultant and client. 提供設計報告及草稿審核。 3. Preparing engineering sketches and reviewing shop detail drawing to meet all relevant codes, standards and specifications. 確保結構圖面皆滿足相關規範及標準。 4. Review and check subcontractor structural design calculation, design report and shop & fabrication drawings. 審查承包商之結構設計、報告、圖面等。 5. Review and design temporary structures. 設計與審查臨時結構。

1.案場設計規劃、實地勘查、測量、繪製施工圖說、材料成本估算。 2.行政事項處理級主管交辦事項。 3.具備良好溝通能力、配合度、細心及責任感與團隊合作精神。 4.邏輯清晰，譨獨立作業。 5.專案進度管理追蹤。 6..其他主管交辦事項。

1.規劃工地施工動線及吊裝方式，提出初步施工規劃再與業主及協力商討論工作程序及方法後提出吊裝計畫。 2.工地施工與業主協商施工場地及工程進度。 3.指揮並監督施工人，以控制工程的執行進度與施工品質。

1.工地現場營建工作管理與協調。 2.工程品質管制，進度管控。 3.分包商及業主估驗計價與結算。 4.整理完工後之相關資料並且建立日報表備查 5.其它臨時交辦工作。 ＊工作地點依個人專業條件與各工地需求調配。 ＊一周能配合排5天班尤佳。
