1. 處理進口貨物通知，進行貨況追蹤與相關文件的寄送。 2. 與船公司、同行、供應商與客戶保持聯繫，並完成文件的確認與核對。 3. 製作各類提單，執行帳務輸入及文件核帳。 4. 需具備細心、責任感與積極態度 5. 須具備基礎英文書信溝通能力，國外聯絡以E-MAIL書信往來為主 6. 有相關經驗者佳，無經驗可培訓 ★完整的培訓計畫、暢通的升遷管道、完善的輪調制度 ★有經驗者薪資面議

一、核對客戶訂單資料，隨時掌握訂單即時狀況 1. 至客戶網站下載PO 2. 核對資料是否和BUYFILE一致 3. 匯入交期資料至客戶系統 二、確認工廠生產進度，及時反應訂單變化給各相關單位(客戶、產銷、工廠) 三、產品吊牌資料確認及通知區列印
