1. Market position of customer -what is the customer position on that industrial segment , and what is the potential future growth of that customer 2. Find out customer needs 3. Build up customer relationship 4. Follow up customer projects, and do the AVL design in activities 5. Submit quotation, samples 6. Internal alignment of Walsin WWW sales team to insure all the design parts are getting orders 7. Monitor the TAM/SAM /Order ratio 8. Review and sign the respective agreement- Business agreement, quality agreement , and etc. 9. Facilitate the customer audit , factory tour and so on., 10. All the functions from AVL design in activities till getting orders.

工作內容： 1. 新商品開發提案、規格確認、進料檢驗管控 2. 各項食材價格、規格確認、來源及品質確保 3. 供應商開發、談判議價、稽核評鑑、關係維護及合約管理 4. 供貨協調與進貨管理、進貨異常溝通協調處理 5. 成本分析控管及市場趨勢分析 6. 供應商、代工廠及協力廠商管理開發(須出差) 7. 執行主管交辦事項

1. 海外客戶電話連絡及書信往來，及處理審查進出口文件內容 2. 協助客戶對於商品價格的查詢及報價相關的問題，向客戶報價、處理客戶訂單 3. 負責部門相關文件之整理，建檔以及追蹤，於有效時間內回覆顧客信件 4. 協助業務主管執行現有客戶之連絡維繫、查核訂單、核對國外客戶商業文件 5. 定期更新銷售狀況報表，提供部門主管參考 6. 主管交辦事宜或部門後勤支援 (例如:國內外參展、講座活動等)

1.工廠人權、社會、環境等驗廠異常處理。 2.品牌驗廠作業執行與彙整，並追蹤後續改善，回覆客戶詢問事宜。 3.查知、協調及解決各部門間之流程或作業問題。 4.對應國外品牌客戶。 5.稽核業務所需之資料，進行蒐集、保管、處理與流通使用。 6.主管交辦事項。

1.配合生產及業務部門排定出貨車輛、船期或航機艙位 2.整理進出口報關文件、向報關行協調報關事宜及按規定辦理押匯/結匯業務 3.處理客戶訂單、辦理進出口詢價 4.負責出口船務及報關作業 5.製作及審核出口報關資料與文件 6.出貨交期確認、排船、簽 S＼O、文件檢查等聯絡事項 7.處理出貨及相關協調事務 8:協助管理單位事務性工作 10:有生管經驗者佳
