1.依據SOP進行樣品收樣與分析檢測。 2.UV、IC、GC、LC、ICP等儀器分析。 3.分析數據、操作紀錄彙整。 4.主管交辦事項完成。 5.儀器的操作與維護、基本異常問題之排除。 6.實驗室文件管理。 7.分析方法開發。 8.具有職業衛生實驗室經歷尤佳。

1. 食品成分篩選與機制研究： -搜集並分析食品成分對特定荷爾蒙分泌的影響機制的文獻資料。 -整理和解讀相關數據，篩選出具有潛在效用的食品成分。 -研究食品成分與荷爾蒙受體之間的相互作用，並撰寫研究報告。 2. 細胞模型實驗設計與執行： -提案開發適合的細胞株進行功能實驗，驗證食品成分的作用效果。 -設計並執行實驗流程，測試食品成分對荷爾蒙分泌的影響，並記錄實驗結果。 -分析實驗數據，提供科學依據以支持產品開發。 3. 臨床試驗參與與報告撰寫： -根據項目需求，參與食品成分對人體荷爾蒙分泌與整體生理影響的臨床試驗設計與觀察。 -測量和分析試驗參與者體內荷爾蒙變化，撰寫專業報告並向內部團隊溝通成果。
