You will also take a responsibility for troubleshooting and provide solutions to address customer issues and technical challenges. • The job holder will be based in Hsinchu, Taiwan and execute day to day polishing and metrology activities of Versum Materials in Taiwan technology center. The job seeker must have good abilities to communicate with internal Versum Materials labs. • This person is required to support administrative works for Taiwan technology center. • Hands-on laboratory works o Formulate slurry for daily polishing project needs and sample requests from internal and external customers o Address the beaker test based on test plan o Operate analytical instruments to collect the physical properties of products and develop the LSAD for products o Documentation works for chemical management • Support R&D in transferring formulation to a successful new product

Key Responsibilities: 1. MR Department Coordinator: • Arrange MR department/team meetings, cross-function meetings, teambuilding, and relevant activities logistics. • Take meeting minutes, consolidate task and provide to key stakeholders (Any tasks need to be consolidated to provide to line manager) • Assist MR in communicating with HQ (Eg. Register for Novo Nordisk, prepare contracts, and delegate evaluation, etc.) • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager 2. Data Maintenance and System Support • Daily of e-official letter • Ensure Contracts, CDA, orders and payments are updated/uploaded to Coupa system/OA system if needed 3. Project Support • Assist in preparing presentation slides • Manage MR performance board • Arrange NN Academy seissions 4. Others • Order stationery for MR Department
