Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain open communication channels with homeroom students and their families. Coordinate with subject teachers to monitor and support student progress. Teach assigned subjects based on your expertise, such as math, science, social studies, English, foreign languages (Japanese, French, Spanish), business, or Chinese as a Second Language (CSL). Contribute to curriculum development by designing lesson plans and unit frameworks for your classes. Lead or support extracurricular activities, such as school teams or student organizations.
