This role supports the company‘s business development efforts in the nuclear energy sector across Europe and North America, with a focus on market expansion, customer engagement, and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities:
·Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the nuclear energy ecosystem across Europe and North America.
·Proactively engage prospective customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to establish and expand business relationships.
·Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, strategic partners, and key decision-makers.
·Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive developments.
·Represent the company at international conferences, exhibitions, and business events to expand networks and generate business opportunities.
·Prepare business presentations, proposals, and partnership discussions.
·Coordinate cross-functional resources to support customer engagement and project execution.
·Support management in driving new market initiatives and business development projects.
Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor‘s degree or above in Industrial Management(IEM), Business Administration, International Business, Foreign Languages, or related disciplines.
Language Skills:
·Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
·Proficiency in German, French, or Italian is a plus.

·Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
·Comfortable approaching new contacts and developing business opportunities from scratch.
·Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial awareness.
·Interested in international markets and cross-cultural collaboration.

·Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Experience:
·Experience in international business development, market development, or B2B sales is a plus.
·Exposure to industrial products, manufacturing, energy, or related industries is preferred.
·International study, exchange, or work experience is a plus.
·Familiarity with European and North American business environments is preferred.
